3. How Your Device Is Stored

While in our possession, devices are:

Placed in individually numbered security pouches or containers.

Stored in a secure, monitored location during the event.

Handled only by authorized Disconnection Valet personnel.

Returned only upon presentation of the matching claim ticket or approved identification process.

Verify ownership of a device.

Return devices to their rightful owner.

Fulfill obligations requested by the event organizer.

5. Event Organizer Information

If our services are contracted by an event organizer, limited guest information may be shared with the organizer only when necessary to resolve issues involving lost, unclaimed, or disputed devices.

6. Lost or Unclaimed Devices

If a device is not claimed before the conclusion of the event:

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner if contact information is available.

Unclaimed devices will be stored securely for the period specified in our Lost Property Policy.

After the retention period, unclaimed devices may be turned over to the event organizer or local authorities in accordance with applicable law.

7. Security Measures

We maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and operational safeguards to protect both your device and any information collected during our services.

Although we use industry best practices, no storage or security system can guarantee absolute protection.

8. Liability

Disconnection Valet exercises reasonable care while handling guest devices. Guests are encouraged to ensure their devices are locked with a passcode or biometric security before surrendering them.

Our liability is governed by the terms outlined in our Service Agreement and Device Check-In Agreement.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for event attendees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law without the consent of a parent, guardian, or event organizer.

10. Your Privacy Rights

You may request information about any personal information we have collected during an event and request correction or deletion when permitted by law.
